Before you pick a plan
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. New accounts can go live free for 7 days, with the same limits as Solo. After that you can still open the app, edit your setups and try every popup and sound, but going live needs a paid plan.
What does "lives at once" mean?
It's how many lives your account can run at the same time. Solo runs one. Duo runs two, so you and your assistant can each go live from your own phone, one on TikTok and one on Facebook. Team runs up to four.
How do I pay?
In the app, open Account and tap your plan. It opens our payment page, where you pick GCash, Maya or a bank transfer, send the plan's price, and add the reference number and a screenshot of your receipt. Your plan starts the day we approve the payment and runs for a month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can renew in the last month of your plan. Switching to another plan starts a fresh month from the day it's approved, and days left on the old plan aren't carried over.
Can I go live on TikTok from the app?
Yes, if your TikTok account has a stream key. TikTok decides who gets one: you usually need to be 18 or older with around 1,000 followers. Facebook and YouTube give stream keys to more accounts.
What do I need to start?
An Android phone or tablet with Android 8.0 or newer, a good internet connection, and a stream key from where you sell. A phone stand or tripod helps.
Is there an iPhone or iPad app?
Not yet. NegosyoWorks Studio is for Android phones and tablets for now.
Why isn't the app on Google Play?
For now we share it from our website as an APK file. The first time you install it, Android asks you to allow installs from your browser. After that, new versions show up inside the app.
